Account Deletion Policy

How to delete your Uprite Logistics account and what happens to your data afterwards.

Requesting deletion

• Account owners can request deletion in Settings or by emailing privacy@upritelogistics.app.
• We verify the request with the registered account owner before proceeding.

What happens next

• Access is disabled immediately after confirmation.
• Operational data is permanently erased within 30 days.
• Encrypted backups roll off within 90 days.

Data we must retain

• Invoices and tax records retained as required by law.
• Security and audit logs retained in anonymised form.
